Can I cancel the subscription?

Of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Order Management.

After cancellation, the package will expire next month.

When is the billing processed?

If you purchase a plan today (on the 10th), the automatic deduction will occur on the 10th of each subsequent month.

I've already purchased the Basic Plan. How can I upgrade to the Pro Plan?

You can unsubscribe from the Basic Plan and then purchase the Pro Plan, but the canceled plan will expire NEXT month. We recommend contacting us directly. We will assist you in upgrading.

Why is there an additional charge for creating a team when I've already purchased a package?

Individual plan and team plan are independent. If you've purchased a individual plan and want to create a team, you'll need to pay separately for the team plan.

Can I create a Pro Team if I've purchased the Basic Individual Plan?

Yes, you can. Regardless of your individual plan, you can purchase any type of team plan.

Will I receive a refund after removing a team member?

If you remove a team member, you will free up one team seat. However, you won't receive a refund. You can still continue to invite new member.
